Contribution Programs
Benefactors are crucial in continuing the mission of Gift of Life Transplant House. Several funds have been established to meet specific needs. Contributions not specified for a program or fund will be used where there is greatest need within the house. If you would like to donate material goods or volunteer please click on the appropriate option.
When you are ready to make your donation, please fill out the donation form and mail it with your check. You may also make your donation on-line by filling out the form which goes directly to our office and using our on-line credit card processing. If you do not feel comfortable with this process, please call us and we will take your credit card information over the phone.
Edward P. Pompeian Fund
This fund, name in honor of Gift of Life Transplant House founder, supports patients and families with special needs.
Katie Hickman Fund
The Hickman family began this fund in memory of their daughter to provide furnishings and house maintenance.
Susan Powers Helping Hands Fund
A transplant patient and House guest, Susan Powers established this fund to assist guests with the cost of lodging at Gift of Life House.
Dedicate a Guest Bedroom
Contributions of $30,000 or more can be used to dedicate a guest bedroom at Gift of Life. These gifts are recognized with the benefactor’s name engraved on a plaque placed in the room.
Memorial Garden Pavers
Engraved with your personal sentiment and placed in our Peace & Healing Memorial Garden; the cost is $100.00 per paver. Please fill out this form and send it with your payment to Gift of Life.
Expansion for Life
In 2009 the expansion campus was completed and a 5.3 million dollar deficit remains. Please read more about the expansion campaign and our need in Why Support Gift of Life.
Leave a Legacy
Information about our new Leave a Legacy contribution program will be available in the summer of 2011. Please Contact Us if you are interested in receiving information at that time.
